VIC - Electronic Instrument Engineer / Supervisor for LEICA TPS/GPS Products

As a Service Engineer / Supervisor, you will report directly to the VIC Service Manager and be responsible for the following duties:

• Servicing Leica GPS & TPS; regular repair and maintenance of assigned Leica products such as GPS (Leica iCon and Viva) and TPS (TPS
  400/700/800, TPS
  1100, TPS
  1200, TS11/15/16, iCon, Flexline, TS60/MS60, TS03,0710 & iCon).
• Support customers with technical inquiries.
• Liaise with clients via phone and email.
• Record keeping, quotes and assist with data recording.
• Troubleshoot and analyse problem issues for iCon, Viva & Captivate.

• At least 4 years of experience with Leica TPS/GPS products.
• Specific training undertaken in Leica factory in Heerbrugg.
• Extensive knowledge of Leica GPS products, GPS
  1200 and GS15.
• Extensive knowledge of Leica TPS products (TPS
  400/700/800, TPS
  1100, TPS
  1200, TS11/15/16, Flexline, TS60/MS60, TS03,07,10).
• Desire to learn new technologies and skills, both via training and self‑learning.
• Teamwork skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Problem‑solving and lateral thinking.
• Extensive knowledge of Machine Control Calibrations.

$95,000 - $100,000 base + 12% superannuation
