Job Title: F&I Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager to join our dynamic team. The F&I Manager will play a crucial role in the seamless coordination of all financial and insurance-related transactions within our establishment, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to offer customers the best financing options and insurance products available, tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Prepare and process all necessary documentation related to vehicle financing, insurance, and any additional products sold.
  • Ensure all finance deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure favorable financing terms for our customers.
  • Provide clear and accurate explanations of the financing process and related documentation to customers, enhancing their understanding and trust.
  • Analyze customer credit profiles and work with lenders to secure approvals swiftly and accurately.
  • Monitor financial agreements to ensure timely deal closing and proper payout of funds.
  • Train and guide sales employees on F&I related processes and compliance regulations.
  • Achieve set sales targets and maintain accurate records of transactions and F&I productivity metrics.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an F&I Manager or a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and insurance regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to explain complex financial information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Proficiency in using finance-related software and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications or training in finance or insurance are preferred.
