JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead our Sport Clips Team and serve our established clientele in Victoria.
Compensation is hourly plus commissions and great tips from our customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Supporting, motivating, and managing the team members to meet established goals
- Providing a Championship Haircut Experience for clients
- Leading the team by example to reach their highest potential
- Paid vacation

- A valid Texas cosmetology or barber license
- Salon management experience, 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
