Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab.
Assist physicians during catheterization procedures and ensure patient safety.
Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any changes during procedures.
Maintain and troubleshoot cardiac catheterization equipment and technology.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures in the lab.
Document and report patient data and procedure outcomes accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
Engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
Evaluate and improve lab processes to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Utilize data analytics to track performance metrics and patient outcomes.
Experience/QualificationsCertification as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technician or equivalent.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Experience in performing cardiac catheterization procedures and monitoring vital signs.
Ability to adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures rigorously.
Ability to engage in performance reviews and set personal development goals.
Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficient in documenting patient data and procedure outcomes accurately.
A proactive attitude towards evaluating and improving lab processes.
