Certified Nursing Assistant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant based in the Crossroads area. The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing quality patient care by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring patient comfort. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of care, supporting patients with mobility, and collaborating with the healthcare team to promote a safe and supportive environment.

• Proficiency in assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Ability to measure and record vital signs accurately
• Skills in maintaining and updating patient records
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Knowledge of infection control practices and safety procedures
• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
