Shift:  7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• 3 months of experience with MEDHOST is preferred from any number of months.

• 12 months of acute care experience.
Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live 50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Health Trust Program - Community Health Systems (CHS) and no current placement allowed at Program:
Health Trust Program - Community Health Systems (CHS).

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program:
Health Trust Program - Community Health Systems (CHS) and no current placement allowed at Program:
Health Trust Program - Community Health Systems (CHS).

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program:

Special Requests:  Unit experience must include 12 continuous months.
Shift & Scheduling:  Monday - Friday
Call: 7 Days Every Other Week
Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit. If multiple shifts are posted, only apply to your preferred shift.
3 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
