We are seeking a dedicated and caring Transportation Driver (CNA) to join our team at Avir at Victoria, a compassionate and patient-centered healthcare organization in Victoria, TX. As a vital member of our staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and comfortable transportation of our patients to and from their medical appointments and procedures.

As a Transportation Driver (CNA), you will be responsible for:

• Safely transporting patients to and from appointments and procedures in our state-of-the-art vehicles

• Providing exceptional patient care and support, including assistance with mobility, transfers, and medication management

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient transportation services

• Collaborating with our clinical team to ensure seamless communication and patient care

• Adhering to safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe and secure transportation experience for our patients

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Texas

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred

• Minimum 0 years of experience in patient transportation or healthcare setting; previous experience in a similar role a plus

• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment; flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
