• Support and execute effective sales strategies to drive sustainable long‑term growth.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to 12 internal sales team members.
• Support talent development and nurture individual growth within the team.
• Coach and develop trading‑skills competency and execute on Sales Force Effectiveness.
• Leverage data and analytical skills to provide insight on sales activities, customer interactions, and KPIs to enhance team performance.
• Build competency across multiple business unit divisions, including product, markets, and customer segments.
• Optimize internal processes to improve operational efficiency and market‑leading customer service standards continuously.
• Collaborate across multiple branch operating areas and the wider business to align with broader Vulcan objectives.

• Demonstrated success in a sales and/or customer service leadership role.
• Proven ability to define KPIs, coach team members, and foster motivation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous process enhancement.
