Production Technician - Part Time

32 hours per week, first shift (7am-3:30pm). Perform routine production duties on the production floor in areas of assembly, fabrication, paint, or other production areas, ensuring safety, quality, and standard work protocol. Use basic tools, machinery, blasting and painting applications, and welding equipment for tack and straight-line welds. Competitive pay $16.45 per hour with potential for full time.

• Perform all work in a manner that meets quality standards and safe job procedures.
• Follow standard operating procedures and standard work to accomplish tasks.
• Wear required PPE (bump cap, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety shoes).
• Conduct regular checks to ensure product meets quality standards.
• Engage supervisor to resolve problems and issues as they occur.
• Meet daily production level goals.
• Perform necessary documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule with required attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to safely perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive work.
• Ability to produce quality work at a sustained pace.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with people of all ages, genders, races, religions or job types.
• Ability to follow directions and standard work.

3–6 months of manufacturing and/or related work experience.

First shift – part time (7:00 AM-3:30 PM). Pay: $16.45 per hour plus quarterly goal-sharing bonus.

Victoria, TX. Part-time position, average 32 hours per week maximum, scheduled Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30 AM-PM. Schedule may change with advance notice.
