Primary responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to meet blueprint and work-order requirements.

Read and interpret drawings, prints, and technical documents.

Monitor operations; adjust offsets, tools, and parameters to hold tolerance.

Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

Adhere to all safety procedures during setup and production.

Record production data and quality checks.

Collaborate with peers to streamline changeovers and improve throughput.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional CNC coursework/certification preferred.

Hands-on CNC operating experience in a similar role.

Working knowledge of CNC machinery and programming fundamentals.

Ability to read and apply technical drawings and specifications.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

Effective communicator and reliable team contributor.

Open to flexible scheduling and overtime as required.
