We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Marketing and Admissions professional to join our team at Avir at Victoria in Victoria, TX. As a key member of our marketing and admissions department, you will play a crucial role in promoting our organization's mission and services to the community.

As a Marketing and Admissions
, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract and engage with potential patients, as well as recruiting and admitting new patients to our facility. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with the community, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to drive growth and increase visibility for our organization.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Avir at Victoria's services and programs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and distribute promotional materials, including print and digital ads, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our services and build partnerships
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services and programs to effectively communicate with prospective patients and their families
• Coordinate and participate in outreach and recruitment events to promote our services and build connections with the community

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (n/a years of experience)
• Proven experience in marketing and advertising, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with marketing tools and software, including email marketing platforms and social media management tools
