Family Nurse Practitioner

Red River Family Clinic is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) to join our growing primary care clinic in Victoria, Texas. We are a fast-paced, family-oriented clinic focused on providing high-quality, personalized care to patients of all ages in a welcoming environment.

Our clinic offers a wide variety of services including primary care, wellness visits, chronic disease management, weight loss programs, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, sports physicals, ultrasounds, at-home sleep studies, and preventive care services. We pride ourselves on creating strong patient relationships while delivering efficient, modern healthcare.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform wellness exams, preventive screenings, and chronic care follow-ups
• Develop and manage treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Educate patients on health maintenance, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention
• Accurately document patient encounters using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with providers, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure quality patient care
• Participate in ancillary service offerings including weight loss management, HRT, and wellness services as appropriate
• Maintain professionalism, compassion, and excellent bedside manner with patients and staff
