Position: TEMP RN Case Manager (RN) – HOSPICE

Overview

8–12 Week Assignment | Competitive Pay | Immediate Opportunity. Hospice of South Texas is seeking a Temporary PRN Registered Nurse to join our compassionate clinical team for an 8–12 week assignment serving patients throughout Victoria and surrounding communities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospice professional who wants to make an immediate impact.

What You
88ll Do
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments
  • Manage symptoms and provide direct nursing care
  • Develop and update individualized care plans
  • Educate patients and families on disease progression and care needs
  • Coordinate care with physicians and hospice team members
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Support quality patient outcomes and regulatory compliance
  • Participate in on-call coverage as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Current Texas RN License
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
  • Previous Hospice Experience (Required)
  • Current Driver's License
  • Reliable Transportation and Auto Insurance
  • CPR Certification
