• Respond to on-call visits within a 50-mile radius of Victoria
• Deliver high-quality hospice care after hours, including crisis intervention and death calls
• Support families with compassion, guidance, and clear communication
• Accurately document services in a timely manner

• Current RN license in Texas.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice experience preferred)
• Strong crisis intervention, communication, and customer service skills
• CPR certification, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
• A true heart for hospice care.
