Responsible for supporting the professional development and education of employees, facilitating clinical and community learning initiatives, and assisting in the administration of key educational platforms. This role requires flexibility to provide coverage in patient education and employee health services as needed, while maintaining a strong focus on clinical excellence and staff competency.

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Required:
Graduate of an accredited college, university, or school of nursing.
EXPERIENCE
Required:
1- 2 years of clinical experience
Preferred:
Teaching experience

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Preferred:
Knowledge of Health Stream, Expanse, CME Tracker, PARS, TEAMS, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Health.edu
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas, BLS Certification
