We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Avir at Victoria, a leading healthcare provider in Victoria, TX. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Avir at Victoria, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to a diverse range of patients, including those with acute and chronic conditions. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques.

• Deliver high-quality patient care to patients of all ages, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans

• Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust care plans as needed

• Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care techniques, and medication administration

• Document patient care and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and respect

• Current RN license in the state of Texas

• 0 years of experience required, although prior experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
