Position: Gulf Coast - Hourly Meat Market Manager - Victoria and Surrounding Areas
HEB Grocery Stores -  - Responsibilities:
Oversee total operation of the Meat Market Department including customer and partner relations, merchandising, and financial performance.;
Plan, coordinate, and communicate merchandising and marketing plans; manage schedules, inventory, budget and payroll.;
Train and develop leaders and staff in School of Retail Management (SORM) and School of Retail Leadership (SORL).;
Train partners on proper packaging, displaying/merchandising processes according to department SOPs.;
Drive sales goals by forecasting, cost management, and ensuring in-stock conditions.
