Position: Assistant Store Manager (Full-time) - Victoria, TX

Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store and executing action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling;
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments;
Ensure profitability by monitoring inventory, sales statistics, and expenses;
Direct staff to ensure departmental responsibilities and standards are met;
Deliver extraordinary customer service and promote merchandise in the store
