Sales Associate – Aaron’s, Victoria, TX
Job | Date Posted: 06/09/2026 | Salary: $12.00 to $12.75 per hour. Incentive pay eligible.
We are seeking a positive, energetic Sales Associate to drive sales and engage customers. Responsibilities include handling customer files, contracts, clerical duties, and maintaining the sales floor. Physical tasks include cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise, lifting up to 50 lbs unaided and 300 lbs with a dolly.
Responsibilities- Assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise.
- Help customers find what they need.
- Handle clerical duties such as customer files and contracts.
- Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
- Solid communication skills.
- Desire to help customers.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs unaided and 300 lbs with a dolly.
- Age 18 or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
