Position Summary

In the member assist–cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available. You will also assist members loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go—rain or shine, sleet or snow, our members count on you.

  • Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed and answering any questions they may have.

What you’ll do

Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them when pickup time is delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, offering alternative product options when needed, ensuring products are selected and packaged according to company policies, ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company's products and services.

Maintain safety of the facility according to company policies by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for handling merchandise, and correcting and reporting unsafe situations to facility management.

Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting members with purchasing decisions; processing member purchases; assisting with payments according to company policies for different membership and payment types; utilizing cash registers to assist members with transactions; locating and organizing merchandise; zoning the designated areas; and maintaining cart and parking lot cleanliness.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Hourly Wage

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
