We are looking for someone to help us be more successful servicing our existing customers at Fisher Honda-Kia!
Professional scripts AND training are provided to guarantee your success.
Responsibilities- Set appointments with our customers to possibly trade earlier
- Set appointments for the sale of Vehicle Service Contracts
- Meet with our customers in the service drive
- Arrange the purchase of a client's current vehicle for our pre‑owned operation
- Retain the unexpected customers that we haven't seen since they initially purchased from us
- Save our CSI standings by contacting those customers with pending mileage penalties
- High energy
- Call volume experience preferred
- Script calling experience preferred
- A teachable attitude
- Basic computer/typing skills required
