Position: BDC Sales Agent

Location: Atzenhoffer Chevrolet – Victoria, TX

Employment Type: Full‑Time | On‑site

Compensation: Hourly Base + Performance Bonuses

• Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, and website chats
• Use CRM tools (eLead) to log activity, follow up, and maintain lead engagement
• Set qualified appointments for the sales team that show up and buy
• Follow a consistent daily process to manage fresh leads and nurture long‑term prospects
• Build trust with customers by offering helpful, pressure‑free communication
• Collaborate with sales managers to ensure smooth lead handoffs and appointment confirmations
• Help boost our online reputation by encouraging satisfied customers to leave reviews

• Previous BDC, internet sales, or customer service experience (automotive a plus, but not required)
• Strong phone presence and excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and process‑oriented
• Familiarity with CRM systems like eLead is a plus
• Must be available to work some evenings and Saturdays
