** BDC Sales Agent

* What You’ll Do:

*** Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, and website chats
* Use CRM tools (eLead) to log activity, follow up, and maintain lead engagement
* Set qualified appointments for the sales team that
** show up
** and
** buy
* ** Follow a consistent daily process to manage fresh leads and nurture long-term prospects
* Build trust with customers by offering helpful, pressure-free communication
* Collaborate with sales managers to ensure smooth lead handoffs and appointment confirmations
* Help boost our online reputation by encouraging satisfied customers to leave reviews--

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Previous BDC, internet sales, or customer service experience (automotive a plus, but not required)
* Strong phone presence and excellent written communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and process-oriented
* Familiarity with CRM systems like eLead is a plus
* Must be available to work some evenings and Saturdays--
