We are seeking bilingual (Spanish/English) Modular Home Sales Consultants to join Titan Factory Direct, a fast‑growing housing retailer and direct retailer for Champion Homes. The role offers uncapped income, a clear leadership track, and high‑energy culture.

• Own the entire customer journey from first conversation to closing.
• Control the sales process and close high‑value deals.
• Build relationships that convert into contracts.
• Present homes confidently and overcome objections.
• Drive traffic through social media and personal branding.
• Educate buyers on financing and initiate loan applications.
• Maintain follow‑up momentum and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with leadership to move deals efficiently.
