As a Professional Housing Consultant, you will:

• Guide customers through the home-buying process from initial consultation to closing.

• Sell manufactured, modular, and tiny homes along with financing solutions.

• Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their housing needs.

• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and social media marketing.

• Promote homes and communities through digital marketing and community outreach.

• Educate customers on financing options and assist with the loan application process.

• Coordinate with office staff, lenders, and management to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

• Maintain product knowledge on homes, floor plans, financing programs, and lenders.

• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused

• Competitive and motivated by performance-based income

• Comfortable building relationships and closing sales

• Professional with strong communication skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media for business development

• Organized with strong follow-up skills

• Available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)

Sales experience is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and succeed.
