Business Account Executive

Cable One (Sparklight) seeks a Business Account Executive II to drive B2B growth for our broadband, TV and phone solutions. You will prospect and qualify business customers, conduct needs assessments, and propose tailored connectivity packages that improve reliability and performance. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth transition to account support. You'll collaborate with local teams, represent our people-focused brand, and help connect regional businesses to essential telecom services while developing your career in a stable, evolving industry.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new B2
• B opportunities for broadband, TV, and phone services
• Conduct needs assessments and design tailored connectivity solutions for business customers
• Manage and grow a sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to decision-makers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within established guidelines
• Coordinate with implementation and customer support teams for smooth service installation and onboarding
• Maintain accurate records and forecasts in CRM systems
• Build long-term relationships with local business customers and serve as a trusted advisor
• Stay current on telecom products, competitors, and market trends in assigned territory
