As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escape in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, and more.

• Set schedule:
  Monday & Tuesday 10am-6pm / Wednesday & Thursday 6pm-11pm / Friday 3pm-9pm (32 hours / Full‑time)

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
• Lead a team of 4 Security Officers.
• Walking patrol of a large shopping mall and operating a golf cart.
• Patrol all mall stores, parking areas and behind stores to prevent vehicle break‑ins and thefts.
• Respond to emergency calls, control the scene for Police, Fire and EMS, and assist with potential shoplifting cases with PD.
• Walk long distances around buildings checking on vacant suites and riser rooms.
• Report property damage of stores or rooms to the client.
• Handle schedules for Officers and call‑offs.
• Other duties as directed by the client.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report writing skills.
• Sharp visual observation and exceptional concentration skills.
• Strong proficiency with technology.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license, if required.
• Experience with walking patrol of a large shopping mall.
• Experience patrolling all mall stores, parking areas and behind stores to prevent vehicle break‑ins and thefts.
• Experience responding to emergency calls, controlling scenes for Police, Fire and EMS, and assisting with potential shoplifting cases with PD.
• Experience walking long distances around buildings checking on vacant suites and riser rooms.
• Experience reporting property damage of stores or rooms to the client.
• Experience handling schedules for Officers and call‑offs.
• Other duties as directed by the client.
