She Recruits is partnering with an advanced urgent care center designed to function more like a streamlined emergency department without 24/7 overnight coverage.

This is not traditional urgent care. This is high-acuity, procedure-heavy medicine in a well-equipped outpatient setting, supported by a strong APP model and modern infrastructure.

If you enjoy complex cases, procedures, and decisive medicine but want predictable hours this is worth a serious look.

Compensation
$300,000 $ 400,000 annually, depending on experience
Full benefits package included

Schedule

12-hour shifts
Full-time defined as 14 shifts per month
Center operates 9:00 AM 8:00 PM
Providers typically finish charting by approximately 9:30 PM
No overnight shifts
No call responsibilities
Additional shifts available with hourly compensation
Flexible scheduling coordinated among providers

The Clinical Model

Advanced urgent care not open overnight
APP-heavy team model with typically 3 providers per shift
Dedicated fast-track and high-acuity treatment areas

Strong procedural scope beyond traditional urgent care
No CT on site

This center handles higher-acuity cases while maintaining outpatient efficiency.

Procedural Scope

Advanced wound care
Paracentesis and thoracentesis
Cardioversion
BiPAP management
Infusions and transfusions
Moderate-complexity lab interpretation
X-ray and ultrasound interpretation
Stabilization and triage for higher-level transfers

This is ideal for physicians who enjoy hands-on medicine and decisive care.

Qualifications

MD or DO
Completion of accredited residency program
Emergency Medicine strongly preferred
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with significant ER experience considered
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Active California license or ability to obtain
Strong procedural confidence
Not ideal for new graduates
