No On-Call Responsibilities
We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice serving a diverse patient population from birth through geriatrics. This is a stable, collaborative group with strong clinical infrastructure and an excellent compensation model.
Current team includes 3 Primary Care Physicians and 5 NP/PAs, creating a supportive, team-based environment with strong APP collaboration.
Schedule
Full-time, in-person
4x10-hour days preferred (5x8-hour option available)
Target minimum: 22 patients per 10-hour day
No assigned on-call responsibilities
Practice Environment
Outpatient-only setting
Strong nurse triage and telephone support
APP-supported pediatric coverage
Collaborative team culture
Established patient base
Internal Medicine and Pediatrics-trained candidates are encouraged to apply. Pediatric visits are supported by Advanced Practice Providers when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan
Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care needs
Collaborate with APPs, nursing staff, and care teams
Maintain timely and accurate EHR documentation
Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
Qualifications
MD or DO
Completion of accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
Board Eligible or Board Certified
Active California license or ability to obtain
New graduates welcome
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary $350,000+ (negotiable based on experience)
Total compensation potential $350,000 $ 400,000
Sign-on bonus (negotiable)
