Deep understanding of site control systems, including programming of PLCs, VFDs, and other controlled equipment;
Develop Reliability Technicians’ understanding of site control equipment to troubleshoot said systems and reduce unplanned downtime;
Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul electrical and control systems down to the component level;
Calibrate site instrumentation (temperature, pressure, vacuum, pH, level, flow) and document PMs in SAP PM;
Adhere to Safety, GMP, Quality & Food Safety standards and participate in TPM initiatives
