• State licensure required where available.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including multiple facilities and travel when needed.
• Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% after hire and training.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and DaVita applications within 60 days.

Salary range: $77,000 – $113,000 per year. Compensation depends on qualifications, skills, and experience.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
