Salary: $9,669/month gross
Requirements: 2+ years of experience
Job ResponsibilitiesWork 36 hours per week with 13‑hour shifts. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs. Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels. Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols.
