Quality Supervisor – Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., Victorville, CA.

This full‑time role supports the 2nd shift and leads a team of Quality Technicians to ensure quality plans are met. Responsibilities include designing experiments for product, packaging and line qualifications, analyzing and solving quality problems, preparing procedures, performing audits, analyzing quality costs, applying quality tools and statistical methods, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to QA Techs by managing the workload, training and employee relations issues.
  • Ensure quality and food safety initiatives link product development, manufacturing, process improvement with customer expectations.
  • Maintain plant inspection readiness for third‑party, partner, regulatory and certification audits.
  • Manage the collection, analysis and reporting of performance and product conformance data to inform production managers.
  • Support training of quality teams and plant personnel in QC processes and KDP testing procedures.
  • Perform audits and quality tests with operations and QA staff to address quality related issues.
  • Audit production processes to record, document, and evaluate consistency to specifications and validate corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality information records and reports (customer complaints, internal issues, etc.) to communicate priorities and status.
  • Problem‑solve, troubleshoot and resolve quality issues using quality tools (cause and effect, process mapping, statistical methods).
  • Monitor production QC performance to ensure labeling, product information and packaging meet specifications.
  • Facilitate dispositions/resolutions to daily production quality issues.
  • Use and maintain quality databases (design, create, import, export, query, report, analyze).
  • Ensure staff reports food safety, quality and regulatory compliance and initiates action when required.
  • Ensure production of a safe, wholesome and quality product, ensuring trained designees when applicable.
  • Assist in hiring and training of new employees.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
  • Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.
Total Rewards
  • $66,500 - $85,000

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field highly preferred.
  • 3‑5 years’ experience in a product development or quality role, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building Quality Plans that successfully met KPI’s and Goals.
  • Advanced understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF Principles, Food Defense Principles & QMS.
  • Understanding of Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement helpful but not required.
  • Previous experience using SAP and SPC (InfinityQS) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a broad variety of departments.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment with self‑motivation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop protocols, training materials and reports with guidance.
  • Self‑starter; positive and proactive attitude.
