Provide exemplary store leadership to drive pet parent service and store execution;
Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and term teammates; manage staffing and scheduling;
Oversee store safety, policies, and code of ethics; ensure a safe environment for associates and pets;
Manage store performance including staffing, payroll, expenses, P&L, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting;
Collaborate with Store Leadership team on community events and partnerships; drive associate development and succession planning
