Outside Sales Consultant – Victorville, CA

Empire Today is seeking a proactive, energetic sales professional to meet customers in their homes and help them choose the best flooring products. The role is a 100% commission, performance‑based opportunity with uncapped earnings and a range of company benefits.

• Meet with customers in their homes to provide flooring estimates and recommend products.
• Utilize pre‑qualified leads and continue prospecting for new customer opportunities.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
• Deliver excellent customer service and present professionally, including in branded apparel.
• Use electronic tablets and measuring devices during sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and adhere to company policies.

• Valid driver’s license and a vehicle capable of transporting flooring sample boards.
• Minimum of 2 self‑generated installed sales per month, earning higher commissions.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
• Ability to sign a Direct Seller Contract.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with electronic devices and measuring tools.

• Earn up to $70k the first year, with top performers earning over $100k.
