Job Overview
We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 12-week travel assignment in Vidalia, Georgia. This role supports a community hospital Radiology department providing diagnostic nuclear imaging services.

Contract Length: 12 weeks
Schedule:
5x8 Hour Day Shifts
Shift Time: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Hours:
40 scheduled hours per week
Guaranteed
Hours:
36 per week
This is a weekday day-shift position with consistent scheduling.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic Nuclear Medicine imaging procedures
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately
- Maintain radiation safety standards and ALARA practices
- Operate nuclear imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
- Monitor patients during procedures and provide education as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain equipment and adhere to department protocols
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification required
- BLS certification required
- Completion of Nuclear Medicine skills checklist
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent Nuclear Medicine experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a hospital setting
- 52-bed Level IV Trauma community hospital
- 36 guaranteed hours weekly
- Overtime applies after 40 hours in a Sunday–Saturday work week
- Mandatory onboarding modules required prior to start
- Auto-offer facility — candidates must be prepared to accept quickly
- 50-mile local radius applies
