Unit Specifics:
· Number of Beds : 8 ICU, 12 PCU, 32 MST, 26 bed ED, LDRP(5 Postpartum, 6 Labor, 2 bay triage, Level 1 Nursery)
· Patient Ratios :
With 2 therapists: 1 RT assigned to MST/ED and the other RT assigned to ICU/PCU/LDRP. With 3 therapists, will be divided further, depending on census and acuity.
· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 2-3 therapists each shift
· Type of equipment :
Hamilton C6 and PB 980 Vents, Vapotherm, Airvo, V60 Bipap, Bubble CPAP
· Documentation system:
Meditech Expanse
· Scheduling special requirements:
Minimum of every other weekend expectation
· Floating policy: N/A
· Patient Experience requirements: AIDET

Years of Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year
Requested Skill Set: CRT/ RRT
Must have:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy
Current licensure in CRT or RRT
Credentialed and active member of NBRC
Advanced skills needed:
Procedures performed on unit: ABGs, Oxygen Nebs, Vent Management, Bipap Management, Home 02 qualifications, CPT vest, HiFlo Management, Bubble CPAP, EKGs
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
Dress Code: (Required uniform)
· Scrubs (gray, black, navy)
