Staffing Coordinator / On-Site Manager – Job Type: Permanent – Salary:

Selc Source is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Staffing Coordinator / On-Site Manager to support our growing staffing operations. This position combines high-volume recruiting and onboarding with day-to-day workforce management, employee support, performance management, and client partnership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing, recruiting, HR, or workforce management and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, organization, communication, and follow-through are essential.
This role will be responsible for maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified associates, filling client staffing needs, managing employee performance and attendance, and building a strong partnership with client leadership. - Source, recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for light industrial, clerical, and manufacturing positions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of available and qualified employees to support current and future staffing needs.
- Recruit through job boards, social media, community outreach, job fairs, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
- Respond quickly to client job orders and work toward established fill-rate and staffing goals.
- Clearly communicate job duties, pay rates, schedules, attendance expectations, and workplace requirements to candidates.
- Conduct candidate follow-up and maintain ongoing communication throughout the hiring and assignment process.
- Manage the new-hire onboarding process, including paperwork, E-Verify, background checks, drug screenings, and orientations.
- Conduct virtual or in-person orientations as required.
- Ensure all required employment documentation is completed accurately and timely.
- Maintain accurate applicant and employee records in the ATS and other company systems.
- Ensure compliance with Selec Source policies, employment regulations, safety requirements, and client-specific procedures.
- Manage daily staffing operations and serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client locations.
- Monitor associate attendance, performance, productivity, and overall assignment success.
- Conduct employee coaching, performance discussions, disciplinary actions, and engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and workplace issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and performance evaluations.
- Assist with employee retention efforts and identify trends affecting attendance, turnover, and performance.
- Support workers' compensation procedures, injury reporting, and incident follow-up as needed.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with client leadership and supervisors.
- Serve as a staffing and operational partner to the client.
- Attend client meetings regarding production, staffing forecasts, workforce planning, attendance, performance, and operational needs.
- Proactively communicate staffing challenges and develop solutions before they impact operations.
- Understand client expectations and ensure Selec Source associates are meeting performance, attendance, safety, and workplace standards.
- Work closely with internal leadership and HR to resolve issues and support client satisfaction.
- Produce and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing and operational reports.
- Track staffing levels, fill rates, attendance, turnover, retention, performance, and other key performance indicators.
- Process weekly payroll and assist with payroll-related questions or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and staffing documentation.
- Ensure timely communication between associates, clients, branch leadership, HR, and corporate leadership.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, workforce management, or operations required.
- 3+ years of staffing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring experience preferred.
- Previous experience managing an on-site workforce or client account preferred.
- Food manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or production experience preferred.
