The Sales Associate provides quality customer service and drives product sales. They are knowledgeable in all product areas, uphold policies and visual standards, and promote sales and promotions. As an ambassador of the brand, they create a unique customer experience to acquire and retain long-time customers.

• Provide extraordinary customer service following the customer service manual, assisting customers upon entering the store and handling multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise, consistently setting goals to grow and improve selling skills.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards from the operations, personnel, visual, and customer service manuals.
• Assist in daily store operations, including completing work lists, cleanup lists, weekly shipments, and general maintenance.
• Use merchandise presentation techniques to promote and sell goods.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify and communicate merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational problems to store management.
• Attend all staff meetings and technology clinics.
• Protect company assets and financial information by following internal control procedures and reporting potential fraud risks.
