Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM;
Friday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Looking for Receiving Clerk jobs in Vidalia where accuracy and teamwork keep products moving? This opportunity lets you play a key role in receiving incoming shipments, preparing outbound orders, and helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• No specialized training required
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required

• Entry-level position; warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to learn SAP and inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

• Unload containers and receive products into the SAP system
• Scan incoming products and prepare pallets for storage
• Process receiving transactions using internal and external documentation
• Verify invoices, purchase orders, and receiving paperwork for accuracy
• Adjust inventory records and raw material quantities as needed
• Receive and process product transfers
• Sign for incoming deliveries from UPS, Fed Ex, and freight carriers
• Assist with locating products within warehouse storage bins
• Help unload containers and support receiving operations
• Perform daily inspections of forklifts and electric pallet jacks
• Maintain communication with coworkers, coordinators, and management
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.
