Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire a Part-time Payroll Admin Assistant
for an area company. This is a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate. This will be a part-time (about 20 hours per week) position Monday-Friday and pay will be $18-$20 per hour DOE.
As our Part-time Payroll Admin Assistant you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Payroll
- Daily invoicing
- Account Receivables
- Account Payables
- Collections
- Setting up ISTC training
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Scanning and replying to emails
- Filing
- Facilitating office workflow functions
- Other duties as assigned
To be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in payroll and accounts payables and receivables.
- Experience in 941 reporting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements including background check and drug screen.
