Position Overview

As a Personal Banker within PNC's Vidor Branch, you will be based in Vidor, TX. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. This is an in‑office position that encourages collaboration and supportive culture.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, appointment setting, lobby engagement, and teller interactions.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client to identify appropriate solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Maintain heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
• Participate in branch daily operations to ensure they are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; or comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience (including military service).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in retail banking or related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, retail lending, and sales.
• Proactive sales mindset and proficiency in leveraging technology.
• Customer‑experience focus; ability to identify opportunities and create customized solutions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet defined sales processes.

No degree is required. No specific certifications are required. Candidates may obtain the position with either education or experience, or a combination of both.
