Responsable Maintenance H​/F

Post Responsibilities

Reporting to the Site Director and as a member of the Executive Committee, your responsibilities will notably include:

• Managing a team of 5 maintenance technicians (managing schedules, organizing team meetings, communication, integration and training of new technicians in the service, identification of training needs, conducting professional interviews...),
• Verifying the proper completion of work in compliance with safety rules,
• Following up on work orders management and their prioritization,
• Defining the criticality of equipment to prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance actions,
• Defining and implementing follow-up indicators,
• Defining the communication modes of maintenance (Consignation Book, CMMS, Work Orders),
• Participating in the management of stocks (cost, availability, storage) in conjunction with the maintenance method service,
• Managing subcontracting interventions,
• Proposing any necessary improvement actions in terms of safety, productivity, maintenance, or cost reduction,
• Defining and leading the recruitment plan for the maintenance team in collaboration with your hierarchical manager,
• Being a technical actor on the ground to support the teams.

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and in an industrial environment.

You are organized, resourceful, methodical, and have a team spirit.

Knowledge of English or German would be an advantage.
