This role involves providing skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
Responsibilities Include- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administering prescribed nursing services.
- Monitoring signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Collecting and analyzing healthcare data to identify nursing diagnoses.
- Current LVN license in the practicing state.
- Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferably one year of professional nursing experience.
- Competitive hourly pay with weekly checks.
