Torque Technician Helpers – Full-Time – Industrial Site – Vidor, TX

OPD is hiring Torque Technician Helpers to support bolt-up and torqueing work on active construction sites in Vidor, TX. This is a field-based role ideal for candidates with some industrial experience who can handle physical labor and thrive in a safety-first environment. Extended travel and long shift flexibility are required in this oil and gas setting.

• At least 6 months of experience in an industrial environment
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, up to 7 days per week
• Ability to travel and work in remote or rugged jobsite conditions
• Attendance at mandatory safety meetings
• Capability to lift, bend, climb, and perform repetitive physical work
• Understanding of jobsite safety practices and PPE

• 6+ months experience as a Torque Tech Helper
• Experience in gas plant construction or bolt-up
• Familiarity with tools like magnetic drills, bevelers, and torqueing equipment
• High attention to safety and quality, with strong teamwork attitude
