Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $30/hr - $35/hr

What's the Job?

• Inspect, install, repair, and calibrate electrical and electronic apparatus and circuits across the plant.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility and production equipment, including motors, controls, and electronic systems.
• Perform electrical wiring, conduit installation, and electrical component replacements for new and existing systems.
• Design, test, and program programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure all work is performed in a safe manner, minimizing operational disruptions.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of direct electrician experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to pass an Electrical Union Test covering motors, controls, schematics, AC/DC theory, and automation systems.
• Proficiency with wiring diagrams, electrical tools, and testing instruments.
• Experience with installation, repair, and maintenance of high voltage switch gear and control panels.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex electrical circuits and systems.
