About Avicenna Accounting Automation Inc.
Avicenna Accounting Automation Inc. is a growing CPA and advisory firm providing tax, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and CFO services. We are looking for an experienced Billing & Operations Manager to oversee our billing operations, client accounts, CRM management, SaaS software implementation, and operational workflows.
Responsibilities- Manage all client billing and invoicing.
- Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding client balances.
- Contact clients regarding unpaid invoices and payment arrangements.
- Set up new clients with engagement letters, payment plans, and ACH Auto Pay.
- Maintain and update client information within the firm's CRM.
- Work with collection agencies on delinquent accounts.
- Assist with implementing and managing SaaS software solutions.
- Work closely with management to ensure software and workflows are functioning accurately.
- Help maintain and optimize Sage Intacct.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and automate processes.
- Scan, organize, upload, and properly rename client documents.
- Generate billing, collections, and accounts receivable reports.
- Work closely with the tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting departments.
- Assist with operational projects and process improvements.
- 3+ years of experience in billing, operations, office management, or practice administration.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and cloud-based software.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems.
- Experience managing client billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
- Experience setting up ACH Auto Pay, recurring payments, and payment plans.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Sage Intacct.
- Experience working in a CPA, accounting, or professional services firm.
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping workflows.
- Experience implementing business software and improving operational processes.
