We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position where you will play a vital role in our accounting department. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions, including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.

• 1. Processing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.
• 2. Managing billing processes, creating and sending out invoices, following up on unpaid accounts, and resolving any billing issues.
• 3. Reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures.
• 4. Assisting with financial audits, compliance, and tax filings.
• 5. Providing support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.
• 6. Creating and updating expense reports.
• 7. Preparing financial statements and reports.
• 8. Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes.
• 9. Ensuring compliance with all internal processes.
• 10. Interacting with customers and vendors as necessary, providing excellent customer service.

• 1. An associate's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the automotive or engineering industry.
• 3. Strong knowledge of accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.
• 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software.
• 5. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• 6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• 10. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
• 11. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.
