Position: Contract Review and Archiving - On Site

Location: Vienna, Virginia

Work Arrangement: Onsite (5 days/week)

Duration: Short Term Contract (3-4 weeks, potential for extension)

Job Description

Contractors in this role will be responsible for reviewing contracts to accurately determine the term and expiration date of each agreement. They will then follow established procedures to archive contracts, ensuring proper documentation and record‑keeping.

Attention to detail, adherence to compliance guidelines, and the ability to manage confidential information are essential for this position.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required to effectively track, organize, and analyze contract data.

Key tasks include analyzing contract documents, recording relevant term details, and processing files for secure archiving in accordance with our client’s protocols.

Strong organizational and communication skills are required to coordinate with team members and maintain accuracy throughout the workflow.

Responsibilities include light lifting, including moving, carrying, and organizing boxes with contracts.
