Job Description:
Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations at our Vienna, VA office. This role is ideal for a local candidate who can commute to the office and assist with coordination, documentation, and general office management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
- Handle front desk responsibilities including calls, emails, and visitor coordination
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor communication
- Assist leadership with reporting, data entry, and basic documentation
- Ensure smooth communication across internal teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
- Must be able to commute and work onsite
